Solemates Sandals Retailer/Independent Distributor Requirements

Solemates Sandals retailers/independent distributors must complete the following prior to being accepted as a Solemates Sandals retailer:
•Submit online application, including a valid e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and website (if applicable)
•An uploaded copy of your current Sales and Use Tax Certificate (a .jpg uploaded with your online application submission or via e-mail)
•Both retailers and independent distributors must have a current business license and sales and use tax certificate to order wholesale through Solemates Sandals. All retailers of Solemates Sandals product, including those that consider themselves independent sales reps, will be considered wholesale accounts, and will therefore be responsible for securing and maintaining appropriate state and local permits, licenses, sales and use tax certificates, etc. and will responsible for reporting their own incomes, sales taxes, etc.

Application Process
•Incomplete or illegible applications will not be processed.
•Allow 2-5 business days for your application to be processed.
•You will be notified by email when your account is approved and opened and will be provided with a unique coupon code that will allow you to purchase at wholesale from our website.

Opening Order
Your opening order must be a minimum of $200.00 net. All opening orders must be paid for in advance, including shipping. Solemates Sandals will not extended terms.

Re-orders of any value will be accepted.

Annual Purchase Requirements
All Solemates Sandals retailers must meet the annual (rolling 12 months) minimum purchase requirement of $1,000.00.

Account Status & Review
The status of your account will be reviewed annually. In an effort to keep records accurate you may be asked periodically to provide updated information regarding the status of your business. Accounts showing no activity for more than twelve (12) months may be subject to deactivation.

Authorized Buyers
Only authorized buyers are allowed to place orders. Only the business owner (the name appearing on the account application) may change, add or remove an authorized buyer. All authorized buyers must be employees of the business/account.

Credit & Terms
Solemates Sandals is unable to extend credit or terms at this time. Product and shipping costs must be paid for in whole prior to product being shipped.

Order Methods
All orders must be placed online at www.SolematesSandal.com. You must apply the unique coupon code assigned to you by Solemates Sandals at checkout to obtain wholesale pricing via the website.

Order Modification
An order cannot be modified once it has been submitted to the web site. Orders may only be cancelled prior to receipt of shipping notification.

Shipping will be charged based on weight and destination and is automatically calculated by USPS. All shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail in order to guarantee timely delivery and reasonable shipping expenses.

Return Policy
It is Solemates Sandal’s policy that all wholesale sales are final. However, a return may be authorized for product which has a manufacturer’s defect. All manufacturer’s defects/damaged product must be claimed within 10 days of order receipt. Warranty for products will be honored for a period of 30 days past the date of sale to customer/end-user.
