Shipping/Return Policies

Standard Retail Shipping

Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, which guarantees 1-3 day delivery times (although isolated and rural areas may take longer...we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS). Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed, meaning you should receive your order within 3-5 business days from the time order is placed.

Order Status

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can check delivery status by entering the tracking number on the shippers website.

Return Policy

SoleMates Sandals wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return the item(s) within 30 days for a full product refund. To ensure a smooth return, please review our return checklist:

  • Please e-mail SoleMatesSandals@gmail.com within 21 days of the purchase date with RETURN in the subject line.
  • SoleMates Sandals will authorize your return and provide return shipping instructions.
  • All items must be returned to SoleMates Sandals in their original, unworn, unaltered condition.
  • All items must include their original packaging/tags.
  • Once the item is received, we will refund you the price of the returned items.
  • SoleMates Sandals is not responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned.
  • SoleMates Sandals and Mates are handcrafted and minor irregularities in color, shape, pattern may occur and are an inherent part of the product and should in no manner be considered a defect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
